She was tapped by the Bureau of Indian Affairs with the Department of Interior to review, update and assist with the strategic business and organizational makeup of the organization.With over fifteen years of experience spanning Human Resources, leadership development, talent development, consulting/coaching both domestically and internationally – Marcy gets results by focusing on professional growth from both an IQ and EQ perspective. She is a self-professed “learning enthusiast” and is currently completing a certification in Gamification. Her community involvement includes SCORE mentor and facilitator and sits on the public arts commission.
