Medina Co. Home & Garden Show 2020 

Medina County Home & Garden Show provides a great opportunity to meet with potential customers in person and promote your products and services.

Show Dates & Times:

Saturday, March 7, 2020  10 am to 6 pm

Sunday, March 8, 2020  10 am to 5 pm

Show Location:

Medina County Community Center on the Fairgrounds(indoors), 735 W. Lafayette Rd. (US 42), Medina, OH 44256

Public Admission:

$5 adults, $4 seniors 60+, children 12 & under free

Booth Spaces & Fees:

• 8'X10' - $335    For mutlitple booths, double or triple fee. Booth fee goes up to $420 after Feb. 10 
• 10'X10'-$375   For mutlitple booths, double or triple fee. Booth fee goes up to $460 after Feb. 10 
• Corner space guarantee: add $50 per corner
• Outdoor space 10'X10' - $260. Booth fee goes up to $315 after Feb. 10
• Space assignments are made on a first come first served basis when payent is received in full. Requests for the same space as last year cannot be guaranteed although special consideration is given to last year's exhibitors who register and pay in full by Feb. 1. If you have a preference, list first, second and third choice for spaces under Special Requests.See floor plan below
• Pipe and drape backdrops will be provided. All exhibit materials must be confied to the booth space assigned. No fliers, promotional materials are to be hung up, displayed or distributed outside of your designated booth area.
• Certificate of insurance is required. Space reservation is not guaranteed until a certificate of insurance is received.

SET UP INFO

• Time: Friday, March 6 from 12 to 6 pm and Saturday, March 7 from 7 to 9:30 am.
• Large setups requiring use of the 12' overhead doors for access or forklift for set up must be set up by noon on Friday, March 6. The garage doors will be blocked after 12 noon. There will be a forklift and driver available on Friday morning from 8 am to noon only if requested. Please specify on contract if you need to use the garage door access or forlift.

TEAR DOWN

After 5 pm on Sunday. All booth materials must be removed from the building by 9 pm.
