The Maryland’s Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSSMaryland) Provider Portal is live. The LTSSMaryland Provider Portal allows service providers to review and accept service referrals, complete billing, and access participants' information including a participants' Person-Centered Plan. The Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) has training available based on the following LTSSMaryland Provider Portal roles:Note: This training does NOT include agency direct support professionals.

Training is open to all DDA providers. To ensure all DDA Provider Agency staff have an opportunity to attend training, staff may ONLY register for one session. Starting March 2020, the DDA will provide monthly training sessions to support new provider employees.
