CMRO Administrator Training in LTSS on January 23 in Owings Mills (PM) 

Welcome to LTSSMaryland!

The Maryland’s Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSSMaryland) Provider Portal is live. The LTSSMaryland Provider Portal allows service providers to review and accept service referrals, complete billing, and access participants' information including a participants' Person-Centered Plan. The Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) has training available based on the following LTSSMaryland Provider Portal roles:

Note: This training does NOT include agency direct support professionals. 

Training Session Information

From January 7 to February 28, FEi is providing hands-on LTSSMaryland training for:

  • Administrators (agency leadership): General system management and user access
    • 90 minute sessions (as noted on the schedule)
  • Program Directors/Program Staff: Combined training for the two system roles to review general system functionality and service authorization
    • half-day sessions (in the morning or afternoon)

 How to prepare for your LTSSMaryland training session:

  • Please bring the following items:
    • Current LTSS user credentials (per the LTSS registration)
    • Mobile hotspot, if available (classrooms are Wi-Fi enabled but a backup may be needed)
    • Laptop - If your training is in a classroom, please bring a laptop. If your training is in a computer lab, a laptop is not required. Additional information regarding type of classroom and laptops to be provided closer to training dates.

Training is open to all DDA providers. To ensure all DDA Provider Agency staff have an opportunity to attend training, staff may ONLY register for one session.  Starting March 2020, the DDA will provide monthly training sessions to support new provider employees.
