- Fees are due for cancellations made after the registration deadline.
- Substitutes are welcome: Send a substitute if you have to cancel after the deadline. Contact the SAVMA office to see if we can get one for you.
- No-shows, including your guests, employees and colleagues, are billed to the person who made the reservation or the member at the clinic.
- Nonmember veterinarians and technicians who have not paid may be billed to the member at their clinic.
- Menus and programs are subject to change.
- Payment does not constitute a registration. Always register.
- Dietary restrictions can be accommodated upon request with advance notice. These are special meals ordered in advance. You will be provided with a meal ticket at the meeting for your meal.
