Food for Thought – Healthy Eating Food Demonstration



With Spring just around the corner we may be contemplating lifestyle changes. Perhaps one of the most difficult modifications to our daily routine is substituting that delicious pastry with some greek yogurt. Did you now the typical American diets exceed the recommended intake levels or limits in four categories: calories from solid fats and added sugars; refined grains; sodium; and saturated fat.* 
Maintaining a healthy and tasty diet does not necessarily mean you have to give up eating what you love.
