        HEART, through their GLADUR program, is showcasing their free preliminary second unit or Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) designs as well as a variety of environmentally sustainable green features for you to include in your ADU.

        With custom ADU designs costing thousands of dollars and taking months to develop, HEART is helping homeowners build environmentally friendly ADUs built by providing free designs! HEART will also be working with cities in San Mateo County to pre-review the plans to further speed up the cities’ approval process.

        The designs are estimated to be completed by May 2020, but we want to provide the public with a preview of the floor plans and elevation designs.

        Come tell us what you think of our designs. Meet and talk with the HEART staff, environmental consultants, and the architect firm behind these great designs and features!
