Insurance Case Law Affecting Your Organization

Insurance case law continued to evolve in 2019. This last year Washington courts ruled on issues such as whether certificates of insurance can affect coverage, whether policyholders must be “made whole” before an insurer can recover third-party funds, and more of the most important decisions and how they alter companies’ ability to manage risk.
