Graham A. Allison is CEO of Opportunity Zone Development Group of Columbus, Ohio. He and an investment partner formed OZDev Group in 2018 in order to take full advantage of the capital incentives and community improvement mission of the newly designated federal Opportunity Zones.

Passionate about economic and community development, Graham excels in creating public-private partnerships for community-backed developments that traditional approaches had failed to move forward. In all he has managed more than $2B in projects, including mixed-use residential and commercial, headquarters expansions, manufacturing, distribution centers, and facilities for R&D and advanced energy.

Graham earned a BA in International Studies and French from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA from Franklin University. 

His interest in development came when a professor asked him, “Have you tried development?” The spark was lit, and Graham has been strategizing and managing the organization, financing, and delivery of real assets ever since.
