It cannot include certain words prohibited by the State, such as bank, insurance, trademark, Corporation or City (State rules differ on which words are prohibited).

She has an extensive educational background having earned her Bachelors in Business Management, Masters in Adult Education, and completing her Doctorate in Transformational Leadership. Collette Portis is the author of the G.O.A.L.I.E. (Grafting Objectives Around Longevity In Entrepreneurship).
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel you must notify us via email 7 days prior to the workshop date. A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once it is received. Calling the SCORE Fort Worth office is not acceptable for a cancellation notice. All no-shows or cancellations after 7 days will lose their paid workshop fees.
All workshop fees must be paid in advance prior to workshop date. For security purposes we will not be able to accept payment for workshops at the door unless workshop is being held at James E. Guinn complex in Fort Worth, TX.
CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED to: Jenny Day at scorefw@gmail.com. Any other means of cancellation will not be accepted.
