Flight Times
5PM: Doors open.
Enjoy the silent auction.
6:30PM: Seated dinner is served.
7:15PM: Program begins.
7:45PM: Live auction begins.
8:45-9PM: Live auction ends
Silent auction will conclude 30 minutes after the end of the live auction.
Cashiers will open ~15 minutes after the close of the silent auction.
Need to leave early? No problem! Put your highest bid on your desired item. We will call you later if you won!

New this Year: Seated Dinner
In past years, the Gala has featured a buffet services for your dinner options. This year, we are moving to a seated dinner. Your check-in packet will include a ticket with your meal choice that you can give to your server or place prominently at your setting.
Meal Choices
All meals will include a spring mix salad with tomato, red onion, toasted almonds, and choice of dressing.
Also at the table will be your choice of dessert: Tiramisu cake or New York style cheesecake with cranberry-ginger sauce.
Main Course Choice 1: Chicken
Herb roasted chicken with a lemon caper jus, wild rice pilaf, and asparagus.
Main Course Choice 2: Beef
Boeuf bourguignon with Delmonico mashed potatoes and asparagus.
Main Course Choice 3: Vegan/Gluten Free
Quinoa cakes with a vegan sweet corn crema and white truffle roasted potatoes.
Alternative/Special Meal
If you have special dietary restrictions that are not covered by any of the meals above, a special meal can be made just for you. There is an additional $5 charge for special meals.
