Georgia District Convention 2020

READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS before completing this form! One registration should be completed per attendee.  Kiwanians please register yourself then register your spouse/guest if attending. 

Registration Rates this year are:

$185.00 for a quad rate * $225.00 for Triple Rate                                        $285.00 for Double Rate * $400.00 for Single Rate

Circle K members will be required to complete the medical form which will be emailed to you in your confirmation newsletter which you will receive at a later date.

The Early registration deadline is Saturday, January 25, 2020.  A completed registration packet will include this form and full payment.  Full payment must be made by the registration deadline or you will be subject to a $30 late fee and are not guaranteed a conference T-shirt.

Registration fees, which include two nights’ lodging, three meals, meeting space, workshop materials, and other convention activities and materials.  

Cancellation requests must be made in writing or you will not receive a refund.  Cancellations made prior to Saturday, January 25, 2020 will be refunded in full.  There will be a $100.00 deduction per registration for cancellations made between January 26 and February 6,  2020.  There will be a $125.00 deduction per registration for cancellations made between February 6 and February 8, 2020.  Cancellation requests postmarked on or after February 11, 2020 will not be honored. 

Registrations placed after February 8, 2020 are not guaranteed.  Contact District Administrator Brent Leslie to check for availability. You must contact District Administrator Brent Leslie directly prior to completion of this online registration if you are registering after February 8, 2020.

All attendees will be housed in double rooms with four to a room, unless otherwise requested and the appropriate payments made.  Please list your preferred roommates where indicated below (do not list yourself).  If you do not list any roommates, they will be assigned to you. 

Registrants are responsible for paying all incidental charges incurred excluding the room’s base cost, which is included in your registration fee.

Brent Leslie MUST be informed of any substitutions by February 8, 2020 should any club have a registration substitution. Substitutions should be of the same gender. Registration substitutions submitted after February 8, 2020 are not guaranteed. Contact District Administrator Brent Leslie to check for availability. You must check for availability prior to arrival.

We accept personal/school checks, money orders, and credit cards as payment. If paying with Credit card please pay via propay in the registration system.  If you indicate below you are paying by check that category covers money orders as well.

Make checks payable to the Georgia District of Circle K Confernces and Coventions ( GA CKI Con-Con).  Mail payment to DCON 2020, c/o Brent Leslie 3005 Tiffin Circle Macon, GA   31204.  All requests concerning tax and vendor forms or payment directly from a school must be made prior to the deadline by contacting Administrator Brent Leslie.

Only online registrations will be accepted except in emergencies where a paper form will be needed contact Brent Leslie to get a copy of the form.  Brent can also provide a paper copy of the registration form for needed verification for SGA or other groups to receive payment.

Paying for club registrations  by a Club Credit Card

If you are going to pay for your club convention registrations with a club credit card follow these steps.  

1. First Determine how many people from your Circle K club are attending Convention. 

2. You can pay for your club's convention registrations in one transaction if the total cost is less than $1500.00. Each person should individually fill out or have one club member submit a registration for each club member attending the convention and select in the payment section paying by check so their registration will complete.  One person from the club can register for convention and select pay by card, add the appropriate numbers of registrations, and follow the instructions on the screen to pay by credit card.  

Example - 4 Circle K club members register from convention from Circle K club of GACKI U. 

Member 1 Registers individually - Selects pay by check

Member 2 Registers individually - Selects pay by check

Member 3 Registers individually - Selects pay by check

Member 4 Registers - Selects pay by card, adds the names of member 1, 2, and 3, follows the prompts and pays $740.00 by credit card for 4 CK members.  The club has completed payment for District Convention

3.  If the total is greater than $1500.00 you must complete the paper credit card form by contacting District Administrator Brent Leslie   

Paying for club registrations by club check.

Have each person complete his/her registration form and indicate on the form that their registrations are being paid by a club check.  Mail the club check to Brent Leslie.  You have two extra days to postmark the check by February 5, 2020 in order to not pay the late fee. If your waiting on an SGA check please let District Administrator Brent Leslie know in order to avoid the late fee.
