Power of Yes!

Neuroscience is telling us that when we can embody the emotional state of YES we open a channel for what we desire to manifest.  There is something that happens when we embody YES that creates new pathways and possibilities. Embodying YES is a procss of opening our hearts.

In the journey of saying YES we inevitably stumble on the part of us saying NO. This part of us saying NO often acts unconsciously through us sabotaging the very things we consciously want. Giving space to tend to the NO - bringing it into consciousness - helps neutralize it and allows us to fully step into the YES.

In this weekend workshop we will explore the embodiment of YES and the work of opening our hearts. Azul is a path of awakening love - our YES - through movement and meditation.

Amara Pagano is the creator of the Azul conscious movement practice and co-founder of the global conscious dance community OneDanceTribe. She has been teaching movement as a spiritual practice for 25 years and is committed to the journey of awakening love. She travels internationally leading Azul workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings.

Visiting Olympia
If you are joining us from out-of town, Welcome! To start, we suggest you make your travel plans as soon as possible. If you are flying in, you will want to arrive at Seattle International Aiport (SEA). Olympia is about an hour drive south from there. There are many wonderful lodging choices in Olympia. Click Here to go directly to the Accomodations Page of the OlyWaves website. Many of the lodgings listed, as well as many fine restaurants, are within walking distance of the Fusion. Another lodging option, that is available on a first-come basis, is to stay with a local host-dancer. We do ask guests to share some monetary love with their local hosts as a way of saying thanks. For more info and to request a home-stay contact Ronny Temple. Please note that we will do our best but we do not guarantee that we can find you a home-stay.
