2020 Farmers' Market on Broadway - Corporate Booth
CORPORATE BOOTH AGREEMENT
Thank you for your interest in the 2020 Farmers’ Market on Broadway (FMOB). Please read carefully for all information regarding becoming a corporate booth vendor. We are looking forward to another successful season.
General Guidelines
- Fill out application and submit by Friday, Feb. 28 to:

- You will be contacted regarding your acceptance or denial by Friday, March 27. If you are denied the decision is final. There are a limited number of corporate booths available.
- All vendors must read, accept and sign a copy of the FMOB rules to be turned in by Friday, May 15. You will not be allowed to set up until OBI has a signed copy of the FMOB rules on file.
- If you are accepted, payment is due no later than Wednesday, April 15. Cash, check or money order accepted. If you need to use a credit card, a convenience fee will be charged.
- All vendors must hold liability insurance
- Booth fee is $3,000 for the nineteen-week season
- If a daily space is granted – the fee is $250 per day
Requirements and Process
The criteria below are used to evaluate each vendor in terms of acceptance and placement. However, OBI reserves the right to refuse any product or application at any time for any reason.
- Corporate Booth Vendors – a for-profit company that does not fall within the category of produce, processed food, prepared on-site food, handcrafted or Broadway business
- Only the product(s) and/or service(s) offered by your business may be showcased in your booth.
- Selling of product(s) and/or service(s) is not permitted. This is a promotional booth.
- All samples, giveaways and prizes must be approved by the Market Manager.
- OBI looks to have a mix of industries represented by approved corporate vendors.
- Only one 10’x10’ space will be given per corporate vendor.
- Vendors are responsible for providing your own tent, tent weights, table, chairs, banners, etc.
- If you will need power at your booth, please notify the market manager to coordinate. Note: power is not available in all areas of the market.
