Hollowed out date filled with an almond and wrapped in bacon
3rd Course: Spinach Ravioli
Porcini mushroom cream sauce
4th Course: Crab Cake
With tartar sauce
5th Course: Tortellini Contadina
Ground Italian sausage, caramelized onions, sliced mushrooms, champagne cream sauce, garnished with fresh peas
6th Course: Chopped Wedge
Crumbled bacon, Maytag blue cheese, avocado, blue cheese balsamic vinaigrette
7th Course: Pollo Flotentino
Chicken breast topped with prosciutto, spinach, mozzarella cheese, garlic white wine sauce
8th Course: Casa Colina Salmon
Broiled salmon topped with bruschetta
