This is a design level course.  There will be prerequisite study hydrology hydraulics calcs sent ahead of time.  This is an intermediate/advanced course, beginners may struggle a bit.

Due to this event going virtual, we are able to open more spots. Therefore, there are opening for our sister agencies, NRCS and DEP as well as any conservation districts that missed the last deadline and would like to join.  This event will close on October 1, 2020.  

PACD has re-scheduled the Fluvial Geomorphology Training short course duy to Covid restrictions.  This training will be held via webinar on Monday November 9, Tuesday November 10, Thursday November 12 and friday November 13, 202 from 10AM to 2:30PM,  David Williams, from IECA (International Erosion Control Association) will be the instructor.  Day one and two will cover Fluvial Geomorphology and Natural Channel Design Indices and day three and four will cover stream restoration/rehabilitation and streambank protection. This course offers 14 Professional Development Hours and a certificate will be distributed at the end of the session.
