In this two-part core training, advocates will have the opportunity to practice real-life hotline scenarios and respond in a trauma-informed and impactful way. The second half of the day focuses on how shelter rules can help or hinder survivor-defined advocacy. Participants will learn strategies to create healing environments for survivors.

Cost: $20 for ODVN members, $30 for non-members

CEUs: To obtain 5.5 CEUs, you are required to attend the entire training. Please note that CEU credit hours will only be given for the hours you attend. There are no exceptions. Counselor and social work provider numbers are #RSX040202 and #RCX120302.

Deadline for Registration: October 22, 2020 or sooner if the training reaches capacity.

Refund Policy: A full refund will be given until the deadline, Oct. 22, 2020. If you cancel your registration after the deadline or fail to attend the training, you or your agency will be responsible for the full registration fee. Participant substitutions are always permitted.
