In this workshop you'll learn the key components of pricing strategy and tactics to help your small business grow.

Items we’ll go over in this workshop:

  • Factors determining the market price for goods or services.
  • How to go about the price setting and re-setting process.
  • Different pricing strategies for different business objectives.
  • A framework for the concept of bundling.
  • Economic topics related to pricing, price sensitivity and etc.
  • How to avoid common pricing mistakes.

Lance Cunningham is a certified SCORE mentor and volunteer. Lance’s background includes deep experience as an operating executive, corporate development professional, entrepreneur, board member, and advisor in companies serving the industrial, medical device, technology, and healthcare sectors in the U.S. and internationally.  He enjoys the process of strategic pricing in both B2C and B2B settings.

If you need to cancel you must notify us via email 7 days prior to the workshop date. A confirmation of your cancellation will be sent once it is received. Calling the SCORE Fort Worth office is not acceptable for a cancellation notice. All no-shows or cancellations after 7 days will lose their paid workshop fees.

All workshop fees must be paid in advance prior to workshop date. For security purposes we will not be able to accept payment for workshops at the door unless workshop is being held at James E. Guinn complex in Fort Worth, TX.

CANCELLATION NOTICES MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED to: Jenny Day at scorefw@gmail.com. Any other means of cancellation will not be accepted.
