Magistrate Judge Gallagher will discuss his Practice Standards, including his expectations of litigants in both discovery and in cases where the parties have consented.

Magistrate Judge Gallagher will also discuss how he handles federal civil litigation on the Western Slope and assignment of locally driven cases to his courtroom.

Lastly, Magistrate Judge Gallagher will provide insight into his expectations and procedures regarding the US District Court for the District of Colorado Local Rules of Practice, including those rules he sees missed the most by practitioners in his courtroom.
