Feel free to Download our White Paper "Behaviorial Health Productivity Management - Lessons

Learned and Provider Experiences" in advance of the Webinar.

A few of the lessons learned to be discussed include:

1)     Consensus within the organization that reflect their objectives using realistic targets.

 2)     Give special consideration where measurement methodology has traction, including for performance reviews and incentive pay.

  3)     Reports should be timely, with real-time access for managers and clinicians.

  4)     The important of having the original stakeholders involved to provide training, guidance and to answer questions about productivity values.

  5)     Users must gain confidence that the numbers are accurately calculated and can be traced back to their activities.

  6)     Productivity dashboards should be kept simple, requiring minimal training. Include drilldowns to validate the numbers.

This Webinar is designed to give our viewers some thought provoking ideas on how other providers have approached this subject along with lessons learned on incorporating then into your practice.
