 2)     Give special consideration where measurement methodology has traction, including for performance reviews and incentive pay.

  3)     Reports should be timely, with real-time access for managers and clinicians.

  4)     The important of having the original stakeholders involved to provide training, guidance and to answer questions about productivity values.

  5)     Users must gain confidence that the numbers are accurately calculated and can be traced back to their activities.

  6)     Productivity dashboards should be kept simple, requiring minimal training. Include drilldowns to validate the numbers.
