AUGIE Unplugged, stripped of tech talk and focused on real talk.  

The pandemic has put a laser focus on the need for agents' to grow their use of technology to serve customers. At AUGIE, we know there's more opportunity to drive growth and efficiencies using technology in our industry. But we also realize that we need to try new ways to spread that message and share information that will motivate carriers, agencies and vendors to work together to better serve the insureds.

During the this year some of the most meaningful conversations have occurred at meetings where we stopped talking tech and instead shared stories about the business and the role of technology.
