The Wisconsin Association for Bilingual Education (WIABE) conference is the largest gathering of parents, teachers, administrators, future teachers, and professors dedicated to serving emergent bilinguals in the state of Wisconsin. This year we are honored to have Keynote Speakers, Dr. Elena Izquierdo, a faculty member at the University of Texas at El Paso in Teacher Education (UTEP), faculty of bilingual/biliteracy at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels as well as Judith M. Sauri, a principal of Richard Edwards Dual Language Fine and Performing Arts IB School and NABE Executive Board Member.
