2020 Spring Statewide Training 

The 2020 Spring Statewide Training will be held April 8-10 at Margaritaville Lake Resort.  As usual, this conference will feature programs of interest to Missouri prosecutors and their assistant prosecutors, including an ethics session and the case law update.  We will also be featuring a session that will satisfy the new requirement for training on cultural competency, diversity, inclusion, and implicit bias.

Registration fee: $250 per person

Please be advised that all registration fees, once received, are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be applied to any future event.

Also, please be advised that you will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully completed the registration process.  If you did not receive this email, your registration(s) did not go through.  This email will serve as your invoice.  Please retain this email as no other invoice will be prepared or sent.

Accommodations:
A block of rooms has been reserved at Margaritaville at a rate of $110 per night for a standard room.  Reservations can be made by calling 800-826-8272.  Ask for the Missouri Association of Prosecuting Attorneys block.  Reservations can also be made online, using the group code PROS, at www.margaritavilleresortlakeoftheozarks.com.  Reservations must be made by Tuesday, March 10, to ensure our group rate and availability.

Please be advised that if you make a reservation but are unable to attend the conference, you must cancel your reservation no later than 72 hours before your planned arrival date to avoid any charges or fees.

Also, please make your reservations as soon as possible.  Once our block is full, you may not be able to secure a room or our group rate. MAPA does not hold any rooms on reserve for late reservations.

Be advised that you can register up to 15 people at one time.  A separate email address will, however, be required for each attendee.  On the registration screen, input the first person's information where it asks for "Personal Information."  To add additional people, click the "Add" button where it says "Other Attendees" and enter the requested information.

Please note that the confirmation email will be sent ONLY to the first person registered.  This email address will also be the primary contact for future communications about the conference, including updated agendas and materials.  For this reason, please use an email address that is monitored by someone who will share this information with other attendees from your office.
