If you have completed the homework assignment, at the conclusion of this three-hour workshop, you will be well on your way to writing a complete business plan for your new business, growing your business or introducing a new product.

During this three-hour workshop, you will have:

  • Understand the business planning process.
  • Have begun filling-in your Business Model Canvas.
  • Have begun filling-in LivePlan® Pitch.
  • Have started on your LivePlan® Business Plan.

Included with this workshop you will receive:

The homework assignment workbook that explains the business planning process, provides the information and forms you will need to generate the information needed foe formulating your Business Model Canvas, LivePlan Pitch and LivePlan Business Plan.

The Business Model Canvas Workbook that you will use in class to begin your Business Model Canvas and take home to complete the Canvas.

The LivePlan Pitch Workbook that you will use in class to begin your Business Model Canvas and take home to complete the Pitch.

Leon holds a B.S. in Marketing and an MBA with concentrations in Marketing and Information Science.  Over the past half-century, he has held numerous marketing positions, founded and operated a marketing research firm, taught marketing at several colleges and universities, and started several businesses.  As a marketing researcher, Leon specialized in generating the information needed to develop and position new products and services.  As a marketing consultant, he has helped numerous small and medium-sized businesses identify and realize their full growth potential.  Leon is also a Certified SCORE Mentor.
