The Conference will be held at the President Abraham Lincoln - a Doubletree by Hilton Hotel on March 11 - 13, 2020 in Springfield, IL.

EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE

Exhibitor Set Up & Tear Down:

Set Up: Wednesday, March 11th anytime between 3:00pm-5:00pm

Tear Down: Thursday, March 12th after 5:00pm 

*Exhibits will not be open on Friday*

 

Exhibitors Open: 

Wednesday, March 11th from 5:30 - 6:30pm (might run later) for the Presidents Welcome Reception with Exhibitors 

Thursday, March 12th from 7:30am-5:00pm

 

Food and/or Beverages served with the Exhibitors:

 Wednesday / 5:30 - 6:30pm / Reception

 Thursday / 7:30 - 9:00am / Continental Breakfast

 Thursday / 9:45 - 10:45am / Refreshment Break

Thursday / 3:15 - 4:15pm / Afternoon Break with Snacks

The Annual Conference is Illinois Head Start Association’s premier event. Marketing for this event targets Executive Directors, Head Start & Early Head Start Directors, Managers, Staff, Parents and Head Start Partners and Friends. Exhibits are a very important part of our conference and we strive to make the conference as beneficial as possible for our exhibitors. Please review the following for valuable information regarding our event including how to reserve your booth, sponsorship opportunities and important dates and information!

Limited space availability!

Exhibitors are very popular at Head Start trainings and events, and a limited number ensures a more exclusive and personal audience with our attendees. Be sure to submit your form early to reserve your space.

On a budget? Very reasonably priced space!

One skirted table and your name mentioned in the conference program booklet is just $400!

• Electricity and Internet is an additional cost and musts be ordered upon completing the form 
• To arrange for your materials to be shipped to the hotel, you must contact and arrange this with the hotel directly.

IHSA offers a number of event sponsorship opportunities, which will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All corporate partners & sponsors will receive the following benefits:

• Name Recognition at the Sponsoring Event with Signage
• Opportunity to Speak at the Podium during the Sponsored Event
• Complimentary Prime Exhibit Space (Includes 1 skirted table in the exhibit area)
