Combat Impulsitivty: Teach Children to Wait and Accept No

February 18, 2020

6:30- 8:30 pm CST

Learn how to anticipate and avoid challenging behaviors using positive guidance strategies. Recognize natural opportunities to teach children to wait and accept "no" for an answer. Content exclusively owned by Behave Your Best, LLC.

THIS IS A LEVEL 2 COURSE for Early Childhood Providers in MN, which means that there are prerequisites to complete. If you would like credit in the Develop database, you will need to have first completed our "Pretend You Are a Light Switch!" and "Teach Social Skills to Prevent or Replace Unwanted Behavior in the Group Setting" as prerequisites. Given this is a new requirement, we realize that not all teachers may have had the opportunity to participate in the prerequisite courses. We will work with you to the best of our abilities to get help you complete the prerequisites.

Please email jamie@behaveyourbest.com if you:
1. Would like to attend the February webinar AND
2. Need credit in Develop in MN, AND
3. Have NOT participated in the two prerequisite trainings.

You MUST complete the Pre-test before or during the first 15 minutes of the webinar, and the Post-test by Friday at 3 pm in order to receive continuing education credit. You will be emailed a recording of the event upon completion of all requirements. All materials will be sent via email.

Our webinar is hosted using Zoom meeting rooms.

Registration closes 2/16/20
