Join Chef Rachel Cortez on Thursday afternoons as she teaches kids in grades 3-6 how to cook a traditional Spanish Menu. Learn how to make, and then eat, Tapas, Paella and Spanish desserts in this 3 week cooking class.
Learn knife skills, some Spanish culture through food, and meet some new friends.
March 5th, 4:00-6:00: Tapas such as Tortilla Espanola, (Potato and Onion Omelette)
Albondigas de Pavo (Turkey Meatballs)
March 12th, 4:00-6:00 Paella, - group can decide on a Chicken or Vegetable Paella
March 19th, 4:00-6:00 Spanish Desserts
$175. Per student plus $35 food cost
