Uncorked Medina Wine Festival 

We are looking forward to the 4th annual Uncorked Medina Wine Festival on July 24 & 25 to benefit Friends of Medina County Parks. We're pleased to announce that we will be featuring only Ohio wines with an F4 permit and an F permit for craft beers. We are also limiting the number of winereis to no more than 15. Ohio wineries that have participated in the past will receive a discount on the entry fee to thank them for their continued support. We look forward to working with you!

Uncorked Medina Wine Festival is an upscale wine tasting event located at Buffalo Creek Retreat in Seville, Ohio to benefit Friends of Medina County Parks. The event will feature wine and craft beer tastings, food trucks, entertainment, a marketplace, Twilight Dinner and Sip and Savor event.

Ohio Winery Participation Information

Wineries will receive a 10X10 space (under tent), two 8' tables with table coverings, two chairs and three 22 lb. bags of ice. Additional bags of ice can be purchased for $4 each. All prducts poured at the festival must be registered with the State of Ohio.


You will have an option to purchase advertising in the Uncorked Medina Wine Festival program distributed to all attendees. Participating wineries will be listed on the website, social media and other marketing materials.

Fee for past participants: $225

First time participants: $250

Wine Sampling & Sales

  • Wineries will provide one ounce samples to attendees. Festival organizers will reimburse wineries for a variety of wines (recommended between 6-8) with a total average cost of $15 wholesale.
  • Wines at $15 or more wholesale cost will require two tasting tickets. All others will require one tasting ticket.
  • Wineries will be permitted to sell glasses of wine for 6 tickets per glass. Any wines with a $15 or more wholesale cost will require 8 tickets for a glass of wine. The law requires that the glasses of wine be poured by volunteers of which the festival organizers will supply.
  • Wineries are permitted to sell bottles of wine. The selling and distibution will occur inside the venue.
  • All wine purchases will be picked up inside the venue at Buffalo Creek Retreat. You must provide the staffing at your table inside to distribute the purchased wine and sell additional bottles.
  • One volunteer will be assigned to your booth at all times. If you will need additional volunteer assistance, please indicate so on the registration form. You can utilize up to two volunteers per shift.
