Federal Grants Part II: Federal Grant Readiness - A Case Study!

Meet the Presenter
Candace Schwartzkopf is Memory Care Home Solution’s Grant Manager and has been with the organization since 2017 in a variety of capacities. She is a graduate from Lindenwood University with a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Gerontology, and an M.B.A. Being a part of an organization that is innovative and forward-thinking in regards to the aging population is very important to her.
Fielding Jezreel is a contractual grant professional focusing on federal and nationally competed grant opportunities for nonprofits and has been awarded over $25 million in the last five years.
