Please join us at the Capital on March 5, 2020 as we gather during this legislative session to increase awareness to our representatives of the importance of medical imaging and radiation therapy professionals.
Ideally, this event works best if you schedule a brief meeting with your legislators ahead of time. Click on the link below to find your legislators and call them to set up a "Meet & Greet" meeting for March 5th, between 10:30 am and 2:00 pm to introduce yourself and your profession.

We will have packets of information that may be dropped off at your legislators office.
8:00 am - 9:00 am Registration & Breakfast: We will gather in meeting room 310 at the State Capitol. Coffee, tea, and bagels will be served and we will be giving out T-shirts for the event.
9:00 am - 10:00 am You have your Legislators attention, now what?!? Our legislative committee chair, Diane Kosenko will give a presentation: "How to Speak to Your Legislator." (ASRT credit pending )
10:30 am - 2:00 pm Go and visit your Legislators
We have also aranged for Capitol Building Tours. During registration, you may sign up for either an 11:15 am tour or one at 12:15 pm.
Between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm, the CSRT will be set up at a table in the cafeteria as a 'base of operations'. After you meet with your legislators, please return to CSRT table to discuss your experience and what you learned.
