Discover Exmoor's Heath Fritillary Butterflies 

Join experts from the National Trust - Holnicote Estate and Butterfly Conservation on a walk around the National Trust's Halse Combe to view the Heath Fritillary butterfly.This is a great opportunity to learn about its life cycle and habitat requirements and the work that is happening on Exmoor to restore its fortunes.

There will be opportunities to help out with surveys of the butterfly afterwards, for those interested to take part in the national monitoring of the species.

Sturdy footware and waterproofs recommended.

Cost £5 per person - which contributes to the CareMoor for Exmoor scheme, supporting heritage, nature and access projects on Exmoor.
