Generational Personalities

Description
Trying to build awareness across the multiple generations of people around your organizational, dinner or boardroom table can help multigenerational groups cultivate productive relationships and effective decision-making. Lita Reyes will review the five unique personalities of each generation that family members and professional advisors operating in a multigenerational context may see sitting around their table. These may include representatives from the Traditionalists (born in 1925-1945), Baby Boomers (1945-1965), and Generation X-ers (1965-1980), all the way to the Millennials (1980-1995) and Generation Z-ers (1995-2015).

Regardless if some or all of these generations are present in your work or families, everyone sees and approaches the world through a distinct, generational lens. We will foster a deeper understanding, appreciation and even build empathy for what members of other generations bring to their decision-making.

Speaker
Lita Reyes advises individuals and families on comprehensive philanthropic planning with a special emphasis on millennial engagement. She has extensive experience working in charitable organizations, including private foundations and public charities.
