Proposal Pricing Workshop

 

Strategic Consulting Solutions and the North Carolina Military Business Center are working together to provide an educational Workshop on May 20th.

The focus of this workshop will provide you with some foundational knowledge in preparing a cost proposal.   This will include the cost narrative, indirect rates, and pricing templates, along with some ideas on strategy.

The workshop will focus on:

• Reviewing the RFP for understanding and clarification
• Basis of estimates
• Indirect Rate Projections
• Supporting documentation
• Determination of proposed fee
• Completing pricing templates
• Narratives that align with costing

 

Prerequisites – Basic Excel knowledge,

We will take a sample solicitation and work through the entire process in 8 hour workshop. 

Cost of $125 per person includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks along with some materials.

On-site breakfast and registration will be at 8:30, training will start at 9:00.
