Do we have any spouse/guest events?
You may register your spouse/guest to attend the Wednesday and Thursday evening events. Watch for upcoming announcements for the Friday evening program, which will also be open to registered guests. Guest registration is $50.00, for Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Only CAAA members and FBI employees may attend the daytime conference meetings. Note that the Friday evening program may be an additional fee.
Will I be able to take advantage of the special room rate at the Hyatt so I can arrive early or stay after the conference?
Depending upon hotel availability and your desired dates, you may benefit from the special rate. If the hotel link does not accommodate your request, call the hotel for details and availability. The hotel cut-off date is July 28, 2020 and rooms may not be available after this date. No name changes on rooms will be accepted after this date. What airport serves Milwaukee?
Milwaukee General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) is located 5 miles south of downtown Milwaukee. Transportation from the airport is available by taxi, Uber, Lyft and rail service.
What's the cancellation policy?
Hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to 3:00pm CST the day of arrival or first night's room and tax will be charged.
Conference registration cancellation: Refunds are available until July 1, 2020 excluding any booking fees, as food and beverage orders must be finalized.
The FBI National Citizens Academy Alumni Association is a nonprofit, tax exempt, 501(c)(3) organization separate and apart from the FBI. Our mission is to: support local chapters of the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association by providing standards, guidance and assistance; support community outreach efforts of the FBI by encouraging the development, growth and effectiveness of the chapters; and, serve as the official governing body, interface and liaison between FBI Headquarters and the chapters.
The FBINCAAA is a nonprofit organization separate and apart from the FBI.
FBI Citizens Academy Program (CAP) graduates in good standing and FBI employees are invited to attend the 2020 FBI National Leadership Conference at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, Wednesday, August 19 through Friday, August 21, 2020. Registered guests of attendees may join in the evening only events for a separate fee.
Conference Program
This year's conference will deliver information, ideas and expert resources to promote chapter growth and health. Informative, practical programs will be offered each day.
Education Sessions
Presentations and workshops will offer alumni more in-depth knowledge on topics to help chapter leaders and members build high-performing, successful FBICAAA Chapters.
Pre-Conference Breakout Sessions
Arrive early on Wednesday, August 19 to attend pre-conference breakout sessions for Chapter board officers.
Chapter Delegates
Various chapter delegates will present exciting community outreach opportunities and share ideas on successful programs.
Awards Ceremony
Attend the Wednesday night awards ceremony to cheer on chapters and individuals recognized for outstanding contributions. Registered guests are invited.
Special Guest Presenters
Dynamic talks from special guests will entertain and enlighten. Registered guests are invited to attend the special presentation planned for Thursday evening. Only registered Citizens Academy graduates and FBI employees may attend daytime sessions.
Networking Events
Take advantage of fun networking events, including a special Friday evening, to meet and learn from fellow alumni across the country. (Friday's event to be announced - may require additional fee).
Hotel Reservation
The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee. Your hotel reservation must be made separately from your conference registration. Conference registration is required to take advantage of this special Hyatt room rate. Hyatt rates start at just $125 per night plus taxes and fees. A limited number of rooms at this rate are available so book early. Upgrades are available.

Make sure to book hotel and flight reservations to stay until Saturday, August 22 as we have an action-packed conference scheduled through the evening on Friday. Plus, you may want to socialize with your new friends before leaving town or see more of Milwaukee.
Chapter leaders are encouraged to make plans now to ensure a place as conference seating is limited and early pricing will save up to $100.
All FBI Citizens Academy Program graduates in good standing and FBI employees are invited to attend. The 2020 conference link and associated information are intended for the use of FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association members and FBI employees, as approved by the FBINCAAA. Registration and attendance is limited to those two entities.
