Please join us for an evening focused on small production wines from the Sierra Foothills!


Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her Orange County location in San Juan Capistrano, for her next dinner at Perspektive Studio. We'll be featuring some fantastic wines, from the Sierra Foothills. Bella Grace is a small production, family owned winery specializing in Italian varietals and zinfandel. Jess Havill will be joining us from the winery for the evening to chat about these wonderful wines, the history behind them and the many facets of a family run winery. Chef Erin will be crafting an exciting menu, each course created specifically for each wine. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights from Jess & Erin. Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, attendees will be delighted with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Expect a fabulous evening of wine, food & educational insights! Please see below for additional dinner details and a registration link.

* Please note, this dinner will take place on the second floor in loft space. A flight of low-rise stairs is the only way to access the seated dinner area.
