Mid-South Nonprofit Virtual Summit 2020 

Momentum Nonprofit Partners and the University of Memphis will host a virtual summit in August 2020. 

By registering for the Virtual Summit 2020, you agree to the terms of service below. If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them.

1 Participant Expectations

1.1 Access. Your registration entitles you to individual access to the Virtual Summit for which you have registered.

1.2 Use of Likeness. By participating in the Virtual Summit you acknowledge and agree to grant Momentum Nonprofit Partners the right, during the virtual summit, to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness to distribute, broadcast, use, or disseminate. However, Momentum Nonprofit Partners commit to never releasing registrant information to 3rd parties. 

1.3 Virtual Summit Content. You acknowledge and agree that the Virtual Summit, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Virtual Event, including but not limited to, the Virtual Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, and time.

2 Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Limitations on Use. By registering for the Virtual Summit, you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your access link and/or code, unless such transfer is granted by Momentum Nonprofit Partners. 

2.2 Disruptive Conduct. You acknowledge and agree that Momentum Nonprofit Partners reserves the right to remove you from the Virtual Summit if, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behavior creates a disruption or hinders the Virtual Summit or the enjoyment of the Virtual Summit content by other attendees. 

3 Cancellation 

3.1 Refunds are not offered on registration fees. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not access the Virtual Summit, you are still responsible for payment. If the Virtual Summit is canceled, all paid participants’ fees will be refunded in the manner in which it was paid.

4 Virtual Event Registration Confirmation

4.1 Once you have completed your registration, you will receive essential information for registered attendees electronically at the email address provided on your registration form. Please ensure that your valid email is entered correctly on the registration form and that it matches the name/email address of the person attending the Virtual Summit. Be sure to check your junk email box too.
