Ken Wang is a registered Civil Engineer, Professional Land Surveyor, and real estate agent in the State of California.

Currently, he is a consulting Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor.  

He worked as a project engineer for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and Department of Public Works.  

As a Right of Way engineer, he has prepared over a thousand legal descriptions.

He is the author of two-five star books:
·Legal Descriptions and Beyond (2014)
·Survey Monuments, Property Line Disputes, and Litigation (2019)
