Canceled: LTSSMaryland Provider Billing- May 15 

The Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) is transitioning provider authorization and billing from its legacy Provider Consumer Information System (PCIS2), to the Maryland Long Term Services and Support System (LTSSMaryland). The user friendly LTSSMaryland system streamlines the coordination, delivery and payment for people in DDA services. This includes DDA’s three Medicaid Waivers and State-Funded Services.  

Within LTSSMaryland, DDA licensed and DDA certified providers will be able to view and accept services on behalf of their agency, access information about the people they serve and submit billing details for the services provided. Starting in April, the DDA is providing LTSSMaryland Provider Billing training sessions.

Please bring the following items to the Provider Billing training session:

• LTSSMaryland user credentials (please be able to successfully login to the system before attending a training session)

• Mobile hotspot, optional (classrooms are Wi-Fi enabled but a backup may be needed)

• Laptop, if necessary (Training sessions will be held in either a classroom or computer lab - training sessions in a classroom require a laptop; information regarding the type of training space will be provided closer to the training date)

Training is open to all DDA providers. To ensure all staff of provider agencies have an opportunity to participate in a training session, staff may ONLY register for one session.
