About the instructor: SCORE Member Lee Riley is a CPA/ MBA who has 25 years of experience with income taxes, corporate taxes, Corporations, and Limited Liability Companies. He is also an Advisor for QuickBooks Certified Pro, a business software program that SCORE recommends for both start-ups and existing businesses. CPA, MBA-tax. He teaches three workshops on accounting, taxes, and corporations. He particularly enjoys working with start-ups and small business.
