John Posey John brings a distinct mix of ministry, business, and leadership. His experiences span over 45 years of the development of human capital in multiple disciplines in social, ethnic, technical, and educational environments. John is the Metro Atlanta Area Director for the Christian Business Men’s Connection (CBMC). John has a unique gift; this gift is the ability to impact “the one” who impacts the many. John is Morpheus to NEO, Angelo Dundee to Ali, or Professor X to the Xmen. John builds capacity in amazingly passionate and gifted people to realize the dreams that God has given them. John is a certified trainer, coach, speaker, and founding member of The John Maxwell Team. John holds a fifth-degree black belt in Moo Duk Kwan, Tang Soo Do Martial Arts. John and Sandra married in 1979, and they have three daughters and one granddaughter.
