A store bought rotisserie chicken has got to be be our favorite protien - healthy, easy to prepare, inexpensive and full of protien. Plus it's a blank canvas for anything you can imagine - so many methods of preperation possibilities make it versatile enough that you can never get tired of it. Our chef will share some of her favorite recipes for easy, effortless weeknight chicken dinners that achieve maximum results for flavor and presentation. This is NOT boring chicken!
