Inclusive Organisations - Focus on Gender

An Inclusion Workshop for Women and Men - Commit & Act Now!

  • Understand the business case for promoting inclusion
  • Identify concrete behaviours to create an inclusive work environment
  • Commit to a set of actionable goals to advance gender equality and more gender balanced leadership
  • Benchmark with other organisations
  • Leave with a copy of our 'Roadmap to Gender Equality in Organisations' guide

How is this event different?

In addition to discussion and self-reflection, participants will be guided through a structured roadmap that – when followed through – will lead to more gender balanced leadership and gender equality in organisations. At the end of the session, each participant will be asked to commit to concrete actions. In order to create long term impact we set up ‘action allies’ as well as collect participants’ commitments.

The forum will address the following 8 focus areas:

  1. Building Awareness around the Business Case
  2. Managing Subconscious Bias
  3. De-biasing Organisational Policies and Practices
  4. Involving Men
  5. Enabling Flexible Working
  6. Supporting Women’s Career (and Confidence)
  7. Supporting Families
  8. Closing the Pay Gap
