Elenor Denker is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years experience. She has assisted businesses in developing fair company policies, team building, creating job descriptions, benchmarking salaries, recruiting tips, organizational structure and handling difficult employees.  Earlier in her career, Elenor was the Executive Director of a non-profit organization for ten years and has been involved on the Boards of several non-profits.  Another area of experience is in running a large Customer Service call center.

Volunteering has always been an important part of her life - from Girl Scouts over Peace Corp in Colombia to guidance counselor in New York, and more.
