Join Brad Gingras to learn how effective leadership has evolved.  Recognize and analyze the drastic changes that have occurred within the workforce due to generational differences, societal changes and technology.

iGen, youth born between 1995-2013, are bringing a new set of characteristics and challenges to the classroom and workplace.

Audience:  Educators interested in learning more about communicating with, instructing, and coaching iGen students.
