Hillbans Pest Control Ltd in association with Simply Safer present ‘What to Expect When the Inspector Calls…’

Led by environmental health practitioner Ruth Baker, this 2-hour training course offers you the chance to take a look at where you are right now and the next steps you need to take to improve your practices and standards.  In just two hours, you will:

- Understand the criteria you are scored against by your Environmental Health Officer

- Know the key paperwork that is crucial to your success and the steps you need to take to get it right.

- Know where to spend your time and energy to increase or maintain your scores, to support your food hygiene, premises control and overall management.

Ruth Baker is a member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (MCIEH) and has had over twenty years working as an Environmental Health Officer, working in Local Authority and with businesses.  She has recently worked with the directors of Hillbans Pest Control, who have invited her to the Island to share her expertise with other Island businesses.
