How to work with Quickbooks Online

*All workshops through the month of April will be live via video conferencing (Zoom)*

This workshop is designed for a small group to receive instruction and hands-on assistance in using your QuickBooks accounting program. The emphasis will be on QuickBooks Online for those using the Essentials version or higher. We strongly recommend you have some working experience with your business’ QuickBooks. QuickBooks features addressed in future workshops may vary.

The QuickBooks features addressed for this workshop will be:

  • Company setup
  • Chart of accounts
  • Downloading bank and credit card transactions
  • Creating: customers, vendors, employees, products/services and classes
  • Financial reports

We will go over the above 5 features and if we have time we will add a session on budgeting. The class size is limited to 12 attendees.

Because of the variety of businesses that may be in attendance, we won’t be able to be industry specific. However, we do believe the agenda that is being presented will be relevant to everyone.

A few things to note:

  • We ask that you arrive at 8:30 am so that you have time to sign on and get connected to the internet.  We will begin promptly at 9:00.
  • Since we are limiting the number of attendees to 12, if you need to cancel, please give us a 72 hour notice so that we can give someone else the opportunity to attend. If the workshop is closed when you go to register, you may email scorefw@gmail.com to get on the waiting list.

We are looking forward to working with you as you try to navigate through your QuickBooks software. We know it can be challenging and hope that this workshop will help you have a better understanding of your financials.

Workshop Fee $75

Must have laptops available to use

Attendees must have downloaded a trial version of Quickbooks or have their own version on their laptops.
