      Since we can't be together in the studio right now, join us for yoga online!!
      

Hansa teaches a gentle vinyasa (flowing) integration of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and a short meditation. 

Sandy offers gentle yoga with an emphasis on breath and inner awareness. The class is suitable for all ages with modifications as needed. Sandy has been practicing yoga for over 40 years, and teaching for over 20 years. PranaYoga is her home studio and she is grateful to Hansa as her teacher and mentor.
