As organisations are forced to implement staggered work or other remote work arrangements due to the escalating Covid-19 outbreak, we have organised a set of online webinars that support support both employees and managers make remote working work for you.

Webinar Duration:
For Employees: 60 minutes per session. 
For Managers: 90 minutes per session.

Each session will be run by Dr. Zsuzsanna Tungli, Managing Partner of Developing Globl Leaders Asia and author of 'The Culture Key'. The maximum number of participants is 12 and seats will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. 

Session Fee
Remote working for Employees (60 mins) SGD 120 per session
Remote working for Managers (90 mins) SGD 145 per session
Event fee includes a pdf of the session presentation.

How do you navigate performance reviews and virtual meetings and check ins so all team members are able to contribute? This webinar provides managers with tips and resources to address these issues.
