This session on Tuesday, March 31, we welcome Nikki Pounds, of HR Unequiocally and Julie Bee, of Bee Smart Social Media to share their expertise on Managing Remote Workers Like a Pro.


Nikki Pounds, 
SPHR, SHRM-CP, is the owner of HR Unequivocally, a full-service human resources consulting firm based in Fort Mill, SC that helps businesses plan for leadership and talent development. Before launching her own firm, Nikki was the Director of Human Resources for Burkert Fluid Control Systems, as well as Tyco Fire & Building Products. Nikki earned a BA in Psychology from the University of South Carolina Upstate and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson University.

 

  Julie Bee is the founder of BeeSmart Social Mediaoperating as a virtual office with 3 employees in 3 different states, serving clients nationwide. Julie is a veteran when it comes to managing teams remotely and ensuring productivity, while also building and maintaining a healthy company culture. Julie graduated from the Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses Program, is an award-winning entrepreneur, and givings back through volunteerism. She serves as the Board Chairwoman for the Matthews Alive Festival and is active in the small business community. Julie has been a proud and successful telecommuter since 2005.
