In this one hour workshop, you’ll first hear from Michelle Gray, President of HR Synergy, LLC who will explain the Family Medical Leave Act; how it works, who is eligible and how you get refunded, if eligible.

Michelle has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management and has worked with businesses across the US ranging in size from 1 to 1500, and in various industries. She sits on the Board of the HR State Council of NH and is active in several HR and Civic organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Following Michelle, you’ll hear from Anthony Poole, Director of Sales for Trivantus, a locally owned and family operated payroll company in Manchester, who will share the latest information from the CARES Act, including loan availability, payroll tax cuts, stimulus checks, extended unemployment benefits and other items in the bill that will affect businesses.

Anthony has been working with small to medium-sized companies in the payroll industry for over 10 years. He’s a member of the Leadership Greater Manchester program and sits on the membership committee of the Greater Manchester Chamber.
