It's been so nice to "get together" and feel a sense of community.

How long are the classes?
Classes are one hour, except the 30 minute Weights Class.
What equipment do I need?
A mat or carpet and a small pillow or folded towel to kneel on.
If you have hand weights, a thera-band and a small ball, have them handy for the Pilates and Core Connection as I may give options to use them.
For the Weights Class you will need hand and ankle weights, I suggest 5lb. weights.
How do I pay?
You have 2 options as you go through the registration:
1) Choose "PAY AT THE DOOR" and send an e-transfer to ali@fitnessali.com (preferred)
2) Pay by PayPal
Is the cost per household or per person?
Per person.
I am booking classes until Saturday April 18th.
